I stumbled onto the world of experimental HTML sometime in the late ’90s. Visual artists were just discovering the strange world of what I’ve always called “Geocities Art,” turning MS Paint drawings into strangely beautiful seizure-inducing nightmares. And here I am again, stumbling upon Grrrr.net, a place where you’ll click forever and perhaps never see every slightly, hyper-real pixelated drawings of urban environments.
